RHODOXYLO (EXTERNAL USE) RHODES THE PLANT Scientific name: Aniba Rosaedora. Description: Evergreen tropical tree up to 40 m tall, mainly used for timber. Origin: Native to Peru and Brazil. History: Reports of the medicinal use of the plant by the natives of the Amazon for healing wounds. RHODOXYLO THE ESSENTIAL OIL "ORGANIC" Technique: It is extracted from the trunk of the tree, by steam distillation. Composition: With a content (up to 95%) of Monoterpenols (linalool, geraniol), Sesquiterpenes (α-copaene) and Oxides (cis linalool oxide) substances that give the essential oil its beneficial properties. Odor: Medium to strong, sweet, reminiscent of flowers and pale yellow color, almost transparent.
